Enzo Life Sciences CYTO-ID Red long-term cell tracer kit (1Kit)
The CYTO-ID Red Long-Term Cell Tracer Kit uses proprietary noncovalent cell labeling technology to stably incorporate a red fluorescent dye containing hydrophobic aliphatic chains into the cell membrane’s lipid bilayer. The dye may be loaded into cells by following the included protocol. The labeling buffer is isotonic for mammalian cells and contains no detergents or organic solvents. The appearance of labeled cells may vary depending upon the cell type from uniformly bright to punctuate. This difference is thought to relate to the extent of membrane internalization occurring after cell labeling. The CYTO-ID Red Tracer Dye fluorescence is independent of pH within normally encountered physiologic ranges and fluorescence intensity per cell is typically unaffected by the ultimate pattern of dye distribution. Rhod-2 AM has the longest fluorescent emission signal of the commonly used calcium indicators. It contains a rhodamine-like fluorophore, making it suitable for use with argon and krypton laser excitation sources. Rhod-2 signal intensity one of the strongest of all the calcium probes. Rhod 2 is especially suitable probe for intracellular calcium monitoring by confocal laser-scanning microscopy and flow cytometry. The dissociation constant of Rhod 2 with calcium is among the highest of all the fluorescent calcium probes, providing a wider range for monitoring calcium concentration. Biotium CellBrite™ NIR750 Cytoplasmic Membrane Dye, 2 mM in DMSO
CellBrite™ NIR Cytoplasmic Membrane Dyes are novel near-infrared carbocyanine dyes for labeling the cytoplasmic membranes of living cells. Due to their long emission wavelengths, near-infrared cell membrane stains can be used to label cells for near-infrared small animal imaging studies for non-invasive imaging of cell migration and cell homing. The dyes have long 18-carbon hydrophobic tails and an additional water-soluble group. These unique chemical structure elements make the dyes easy to dissolve while providing highly stable cytoplasmic membrane staining, unlike traditional carbocyanine dyes like DiI, DiO, and DiR, which are often difficult to dissolve or prone to precipitation during cell staining. CellBrite™ NIR750 has an excitation/emission of 748/780 nm.

Premixed and ready-to-load gel dyes. Glow Loading Dyes generate intense DNA/RNA bands with little background or band distortion and can be used with any type of agarose or acrylamide gels.
